Just got an email from Allstate stating they’ll be reducing auto rates by about 15% for the months of April and May due to people mostly staying at home.

My buddy tried this one on me yesterday.  He started citing all of these statistics about current occupancy rates versus normal occupancy rates; as in "do you know what percentage of beds XYZ hospital currently has in use".  I knew that's where he was going with it.  The most humorous thing is hearing him using hospital statistics like he didn't just hear them on some radio program or read them on some internet site moments before - like he's on top of that kind of information.  

 

It's just a big conspiracy to sell toilet paper.  Also, 5G causes coronavirus.

Some days are fine, but some days are horrible. Trying to juggle work with a 2 year old and a 6 month old is becoming terrible. The 6 month old is fine, but the 2 year old is hell bent on being as annoying as fuck, on purpose. We basically just survive until 7pm when we can finally eat dinner and relax once they are in bed, which then also leads to more drinking which the wife gets annoyed with.

Giant Eagle is doing the same, and I like the one way aisle idea. 

I was trying to buy lemons on Sunday and a woman pushed in front of me and proceeded to pick up and inspect about 20 of them before deciding on one. I don't think any of these new rules will help with assholes like her, unfortunately.

Slept in until eleven.  Drinking day-old coffee in nothing but my robe.  Haven't showered in five days.  And I'm not even kidding.

Yeah, while I think limiting the number of people in the store makes the problem potentially worse, I think one-way aisles are a great idea.
