So you have a guy who beats up a chick with no arms and legs because she was blocking the view of the TV and you have a guy who gets arrested with some pounds of weed.

Who should spend their next 10-15 in the slammer and who should get the relative smack on the wrist?

If you ask me, this guy should be fed his own nuts as his last meal and then meet the firing squad.
