I was in charge of getting the requirements and dealing with the client and then passing along the info to him to work on outside of US business hours. The dumbass hasn't completed anything and I've had to add in all of the logic. All he did was add a few fields to a form but didn't add any of the logical requirements for displaying those fields to the right people. If I ever get a chance to go over to our office in India the first thing I'm gonna do is punch that bastard in the earhole.
I had the exact same thing happen to my Senior Project at college. We were TICKED at that guy. This was our stinkin' college senior project with a REAL client, and he did nothing. At our "check-up" milestone dates, he would conveniently forget to bring in his desktop but have "screenshots" of how the page was coming along. Finally 2 weeks before our due date, at everyone's "practice" presentation, he was sitting there 5 minutes before, cramming on his desktop, CREATING the stuff. We were furious and made sure the professor was aware. The one kid failed the class. The rest of our group got an A, because the rest of our work was really good.
