That's actually a mistake a lot of people make. You see, Gingers aren't able to "steal" your soul. If a Ginger was able to coerce your soul out of your body, your soul would just realize that it has taken residence inside a Ginger and would fly back into its original body.

Gingers are incapable of holding a soul in place. I don't want to go too much into the scientific garbage...but a person's ability to hold in a soul is directly proportional to the amount of melanin in their skin (hence the expression that black people have a lot of "soul").

So fear not, a Ginger cannot steal your soul. However, since we have no souls, there are no consequences for our humanly behavior. We have no god to answer to in the afterlife because when we die, that's it. So while a Ginger won't steal your soul...a Ginger could murder you and your whole family and not feel any remorse.
