Love em, raw or steamed/grilled. The only way I don't like them is fried.

The chargrilled ones at Acme Oyster House in New Orleans are one of my favorite meals ever.

Other than that, I'm not a huge fan of oysters. I can eat them raw, but there's many other foods I'd rather have...

Like them, yes I do...especially fried, on sandwich with cole slaw on top.
Check Howard's Pub, Ocracoke Island, NC for an outstanding specimen of this.

I'm kind of up and down on oysters. Sometimes I'm really feeling them and can't wait to get some, others not so much.

Prefer them raw, with a little lemon and horseradish. Eating them fried sometimes makes 'em too greasy.

There are places in Seattle where they actually have oyster tastings...

I like crab legs but they are too much work. If someone cracks the shell and gets the meat out I will tear it up otherwise I pass.

Turtle Kraals & the Half Shell raw Bar in Key West are two of my favorite places for raw oysters.... I like to eat em where I know they crank them out and the odds of them being very fresh are comforting... They (Raw oysters) can be hazardous to your health!

Also, love em lightly dusted and fried on a Po boy sandwich!! Now I am hungry!

Oh yes.... I do love oyster cornbread dressing for Thanksgiving.

agree with that...crab legs taste great...but i'm just not that into working so hard for the food. I tend to have the same theory about spare ribs also. Eating should be less work... than work.
