Look at what Derrick Brown did at Xavier. He is roughly the same build as Turner (nowhere near the ball handling, obviously) and is a natural PF. If he is getting playing time that amounts to crap at PF for Charlotte, I don't see how Turner would get any playing time in the NBA against guys that are 6'10" 245 lbs. I'm not sure he has the skill set down low for that.

I think he plays SG, and gets about 5-10 min a game his rookie season.
Yea, Durant is a physical specimen.

Turner is plenty big and strong enough to play the SF position in the NBA. I think that is the position that best suits him.
Kevin Durant is stronger than Evan Turner.
lol....PLEASE tell me how you came to this conclusion. I'll be waiting...

I think he'll be a 2-3 hybrid type of player....kinda like Brandon Roy. He has a decent post game and is a great passer out of the post.

Whatever you would like to call Brandon Roy is what you can call Evan Turner.

Turner will be a point forward type of player, kind of like Brandon Roy, though Roy plays most of his time at SG, he stills handles the ball at times in terms of initiating the offense.

I don't think Aldrich is a great player by any means, but I think he has a natural position in the NBA and the NBA lacks in bigs. I think Aldrich is a very serviceable big who could help a lot of teams, which is why I think he could go high. Is he a guy you build a team around? Not at all. But he's a piece.

I would say Samhan goes before Aldrich. Samhan has some of the most refined big man skills I've seen in a long time.

Samnhan is a quality big man. Kinda wanna see how he handles going up against Acey from Baylor. Smaller but much much much more quick and athletic. Should be a great match up. That is unless they put him on Udoh which i hope they dont

Samhan is an Aaron Gray clone.

Aaron Gray never had near the offensive game Samhan does. His footwork is very good for a big man.

Time will tell, but I see Samhan having a similar impact in the NBA or a career in Europe.

I like Samhan. Hes an old school type of player, nice moves in the post, soft hands.

I've seen a few highlights from him during the season, but never watched a full game. He was dealin' against Nova....they had no answer for him.

I read something along these lines somewhere:

"If John Wall doesn't pan out, the worst you get is Derrick Rose"

"If Evan Turner doesn't pan out, the worst you get is Larry Hughes"

I don't know if I agree wholeheartedly, and don't shoot the messenger, but that was a solid point. Anyway, on topic, I think he would be fine at either the 2 OR the 3.
