ND -3 is the line. Notre Dame has covered in 9 of its last 10, including 8 in a row. Ill take ND to cover the 3.

Old Dominion is 5-14 ATS vs teams with winning records. Also 1-6 ATS as un underdog. They will lose by more than 3.

I have Notre Dame in the Final 4, so I hope they can pull out their 1st round game.

I think Notre Dame is very good, and if you look at their schedule in the second half of the season, they beat Cinci, Pitt twice, G'Town and UCONN.

Their loses were by, 2, 2, 1, 3, 1 and 18 at Nova and 13 against Syracuse.

They seemed to have peaked at the right time, and I hope they roll to the Final 4.

I agree. I slipped ND to the Final Four, as well. Playing as good as anyone last 3 weeks!

There's 9 people at this game.

Never understood why early March Madness games can't sell tickets

NO isn't exactly a basketball city either.

Notre Dame is dominating the boards early with five offensive rebounds...

ODU must score here soon or ND could pull away early.

I took Notre Dame but it should be a last-second game.

I liked how they were playing but didn't like the first round opponent.

Good matchup to start it off.

ODU hitting the boards hard now and cuts it to 15-13.

#35 needs to quit shooting behind the arc.

How about Robert Morris on top of Nova halfway through the first half...

Some good games today.

RM up, BYU just scored 8 straight to take a lead, and this game is pretty good so far.

I'm not watching right now but Ben Hansbrough is pretty good.

He does a good job knowing when to drive and draw fouls. Sort of annoyingly good but it could be key in these tournament games. Harangody is good from the line for a big guy.

Luke Harongody was awful today. They played better without him down the stretch. I think he had 4 points on 2-9 from the field. Two meaningless put backs. He went to the foul line 0 times.

No shit. Although I didn't get into any pools, so it was just my bracket for my own sake. I did one of the one's here on ohiochatter, but that was free.

RIP my player pool too. 2 ND players and now they are one and done with 21 combined points.

LOL.

What is with ND and winning post season games? It's not quite as bad as their football team, but at least they beat a depleted hapless mid major.

This is why I said ND was better off without Harangody. BTW, for future reference....the "hot" teams entering the tourney always lose first round (ND) and the slumping teams always go pretty far (so I took Nova to the FF)
