Zach Fulk HHS, so far should be the front-runner for MVP WCAL honors. If he had more carries he might even be considered for DR POY (still may get that too). As I said earlier this week, he is a game breaker, he did just that tonight against the Huskies.
Not sure what his final stats were tonight, but he had 3 rushing TD's. IMO, if the Falcons win the WCAL, he's a lock for the award.

Congratulations Indians! Great win! It's great to see the Indians having a successful season. Bauman deserves a ton of credit.

Not a good night for the Dogs. Congrats on the win Bobcats. I know Dog fans it feels bad right now.....but I literally done the numbers (playoffs)....and the Dogs right now are still projected to get in at #8. For me its even hard to believe but it there to take. Dogs fans keep an eye the McDonald score next 2 weeks they lose once and we win both games and we should be #8.

Not so fast QB, the Falcons have to get past the Bobcats first. I'm not saying anything negative about Hillsdale, but lets not count our chickens.............anything can happen.
Hats off to Norwayne on making the proper adjustments at halftime while we keep doing what we do...

I agree luckydog, not that I want to look past Rittman. But the Norwayne- Hillsdale game will be the game of all games in week ten. The ramifications of this game are huge. Just hope it goes injury free. GO FALCONS!!!!!

Yeah, in response to the computer system. It's crap!! Just look, for one example, at Region 24. Marion Local (who was 7-0) killed Springfield Catholic (6-1) 36-14, and Marion Local trails them in computer points. For god sakes.....something needs to change with these computer
points. No offense to the Bulldogs, but if they get in ahead of either Monroeville or Norwalk SP it will be a shame. Dont get me wrong, I would love to see Norwayne, Dalton, and my Falcons make it, but not at the cost of better teams being left out. Quite frankly, if the Falcons beat
Rittman, but lose to Norwayne, they will not only fall short of another league title, but also the playoffs.

First of all the system is more designed to get the right 8 teams in the playoffs per region. I don't know how you could say that St. Paul and Monroeville are better than Dalton. If Dalton does get in it will be ahead of one or the other. Dalton would get in ahead of another 7-3 team. The loser of that St. Paul/Monroeville will not make it. But if Hillsdale don't make it in it is their own fault. You got to win and have other teams to win to make the playoffs.Hogger53;521497 wrote:Yeah, in response to the computer system. It's crap!! The system is fine, The thing that is unfair are the parochial schools that's just beating a dead horse though. But the computer points are fine, and fair. Get's the right team in the playoffs. I would rather have a 7-3 team in that lost to bigger schools that are also in the playoffs, than a 8-2 team that played a cupcake schedule.

How about a 10-0 team with a cupcake schedule ?

Yes Riders1 that to haha! but although that happens, it rarely does happen and they don't make it because of their schedule.

Bauman is a stud. What a player. I did not know he was that good. I have even more respect for him now. It's not easy to improve when you're getting your brains beat in for three years.

And then there were two...................
Hillsdale takes Huskies behind the woodshed.
Bobcats wear Bulldogs down.
Norwayne/Hillsdale will be for all the marbles......barring a major upset
Hoggerdude....forget about other teams, just win and the Falcons will be alright...oh, and next year GET MAPLETON OFF THE SCHEDULE...THEY HAVE'NT COME CLOSE TO WINNING A GAME IN YEARS..THEY ARE KILLING YOU...ITS PRETTY MUCH LIKE PLAYING A 9 GAME SCHEDULE.

Ok, put the top 8 teams in the playoffs, but don't always seed them according to the computer. Sorry dhs22, but IMO ,Monroeville and SP are both better than your Bulldogs. And I agree 100% with brush, we need to pick up a team like Triway or Black River (2 pretty good D4 teams) and drop Mapleton.

Actually, maybe the falcons should add a D2 gem like Timken (seems computer loves those bigger schools) and then we could get beat several times within the league and still make the playoffs
