We had the grandkids and some "step-grandkids over along with the parents, my wife and myself. We didn't get very fancy. It was essentially hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs and all the normal accompanying items but we did use ground chuck and we had a great time. It was a week ago. This past weekend wasn't too bad, but it was a little windy and it really wasn't my kind of warm.

I had let someone borrow my grill and forgot who had it like 1.5 years ago. Since then I had just either borrowed my dads or cooked the food inside.

My father-in-law finally returned my grill the other day so I promptly cooked some hamburgers on it. Good stuff.

I may do steaks this weekend.

The snow is finally melting up here in Nome, and that called for firing up the grill last night. Two cornish hens for the wife and I, delicious!
