I've been using mine off and on all winter (better weather down here). I am always a fan of the grill.

I never stopped. Grilled pretty regularly all winter. And yes, I grilled some bacon wrapped scallops for dinner last night.

Don't grill as much in the winter but I grilled out chicken and a can of baked beans. Tasted pretty darn good.

Remove lid sit on grill, stir once or twice until it steams or put them in a cast iron skillet with some bacon if you are feeling motivated.

I made burgers yesterday and I did a southwest-ish chicken tonight with grilled peppers and onions and grilled baked potatoes. Awesome.

I have such a crappy grill that it can't hold enough heat to get a good sear when it is cold outside. So when it started to warm up last Friday, I fired it up and grilled up some t-bones. Did it again Monday. Tonight will be Italian sausages. Tomorrow NY strips.

Grill all winter
Have a grill (gas) on the patio and have another gas grill (movable) that I move in to the garages and do some grilling. Open up the garages door, pull the cars out, turn on the radio and grill.
