This wasn't necessary. I'm not a Christian and I don't believe in Jesus, but I also don't believe in making fun of other people's faith.

"If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives." (Leviticus 20:13 NAB)

The bad book says to kill homosexuals. I guess we should feel lucky all they do is discriminate against them and not allow them to marry etc.
Are you joking? Unless you're Jewish, you're not under the law but the new covenant which usurped the law. This is such an elementary point that it's probably not worth debating, but it should explain why you don't see Christians today keeping kosher, obeying the sabbath, or sacrificing animals.

If you want to discuss the interface between religions and homosexuality, go for it, and knock yourself out. But save us all the hassle and try to stick to something reasonable, rather than pulling out nonsense and acting like it's some eureka moment.

Quit hiding your sexuality and just pm fairwood already.
Haha! Dude, I'm a female, and definitely heterosexual.
My bad! haha

I was lying to myself when I thought I could change. The only choice I made was to accept what I am and to be sexually active. I only regret that it took me so long to come out of the closet.
Then don't complain about not being able to have a family. If you want a family, quit being gay.
I never said I wanted a family. In fact, I specifically do not.
Good. No need to worry about those poor children then.
I'd make a better father than you would. At least I'm not a bigot.
No you wouldn't, for reasons I cannot discuss on here.

Those pictures like that don't bother me. I DO have a sense of humor, and they don't change my outlook on anything concerning my faith. I've even posted something along the those lines. (Jesus/Last Supper)

Nope, you just want to disregard people's faith.

Criticizing is one thing, making fun of is something else.

When it reaches the point where your faith is hurting me, then I have the right to speak up.

Fresh chunk of meat? hehehe That's the first time I've ever been called that.

Don't worry about me. I'm not worried about the vultures. I guarantee you I'll be here when everyone else has given up.

I don't have to worry about what I say on this huddle. But I do have to be very careful when I talk to my closest friends and relatives. I am the token atheist within my group. As hard as it was for me to come out of the gay closet, it was even harder to come out as an atheist. My inner circle includes very devout Catholics, Adventists, Mormons, Orthodox, Jews, Muslims, and all sorts of other people, many of them gays and lesbians. I don't injure our relationships by telling them what I really think of their faiths.

On here, it doesn't make any difference. I can have a much more open debate without being fearful of insulting someone.

Children of this age are the essence of innocence especially when it comes to the sexual arena. To say that 5yr old boys are naturally running around with erections based on a sexual desire is utter nonsense. If you believe this was the case with you something is wrong with your evaluation of your sexual development.

You can believe what you want about your sexual orientation that is fine. But if you expect anyone to believe kindergartners are running around wanting to bang each other you are quite mistaken.

I never said I wanted to bang anyone when I was five years old. I only said that I got an erection looking at cowboys. As I got older, nothing in me changed. I still like looking at cowboys!

The point is that I have never gotten an erection from women, but I have gotten an erection from men as far back as I can remember. I have to assume I was born this way.

Five year olds are not getting a hard on over looking at cowboys or cowgirls. Most don't even know how to read.

Look Fairwood I may understand your frustration with wanting to live your life as you wish. Claiming that innocent 5yr olds are aroused sexually is quite disgusting and in my opinion perverted.

Whether you like it or not, it actually happened. I never said I could read or that I had sex with anybody. But it is a fact that I got aroused at the age of five. My most vivid early memories are of my arousals. There's nothing perverted about it. I'm sure little kids get a hard on because it happened to me.

My name is R. Scott Carlton. If you google me, you will find out that I have written some books. I live in suburban Seattle.

You see, I have nothing to hide.

Now let's see you give your real name.

I don't know if others started as early as I did, but I swear I'm telling you the truth. I couldn't put a label on it until I was 18, but I have always been the way I am.
