What is that bullshit fog horn they blow when we shoot?! Can we bring that shit in the Q?! Local Walmarts would seel out of air horns and teams would shoot 15% against us.

I really wish I would have known Lebron was not playing tonight before betting money on them!

Not a good look without LBJ.

Mo had a lot of shitty passes too, not his best effort. Hard game to watch.

Cavs just needed that 3rd guy to step up like AC said...

Tough loss, but there is a much bigger picture in place.. I think this game gets Antawn even more comfortable with the Cavs though, so this could end up being a good thing..

Mo has came off a shoulder injury and has hit some key shots so I'll give him some leniency but this shit has to turn around some time.

The guy is shooting less than 34% from the field in his last 5 games, probably worse if you look back more.

He has been getting dominated by the other team's PG also.

Meanwhile West is averaging 17 ppg and shooting over 50% from the field in his last 5 games. He needs some of Mo's minutes at the PG spot right now.

Those horns are real old school units from like the 70's. Everybody had them at high school football games back inthe day, before air horns.

I want to agree but we have to let him try to get himself going heading into the playoffs, because I think we're screwed without him.

Mo.....you can't play like that when the pressure is elevated. Reminded me of your play against the Magic. And Daniel not dressing was another killer. DWest had a great game...no doubt, but didn't like his 6 turnovers.

There were 3 or 4 really poor calls under the cav hoop which didn't help either.

I wouldn't be surprised if LBJ doesn't play Monday either. If he rests, then he gets a full week off. The mental rest and the physical rest would be huge for the king. Sure we run the risk of losing to the Spurs, but I think we step up and get it done.

I'm all for him sitting Monday, win or lose.

Why not address the situation at hand though?

He should sit this one out. The ankle is no doubt tender and he could go but the rest won't hurt.

Mo was really down after the game, he knew he sucked. But I agree about keep throwing him in there, he needs to have a better showing come play-offs.

Am I the only one who believes Mike Brown when he says this has little to do with the ankle?

It's just purely about minutes and they have a chance to give him an entire weeks rest and not really hurt themselves. No reason not to take that chance IMO.

And yeah, I really believe we need 15-16 and 5 with a decent shooting percentage every night from Mo to win a title. He at least needs to be able to fill the void left by LeBron for a short period like he was able to do last year. Should be easier now with Jamison thrown in there--but I'm still willing to give him time to get back from the injury before I say he should sit down. He's still not 100%.

I don't see a major difference defensively with Gibson on the court vs. Mo. Mo is a better ball handler, but Boobie had very few TO's when he played PG during that 13 game winning streak.

Gibson is the best spot up 3baller in the league. Gibson needs to play...and he should play a minimum of 14 minutes/game.

The only game the Cavs ever won in sending them to the NBA finals, Gibson hit for 31 points.

I think the ankle is sore. I've done my ankles so many times I can hardly watch when they show them going on TV. I know how hard Bron works on stretching his before a game and always, so to see him gimping around a bit makes me think it's sore. It's no big deal either way, just a hunch.

Footwedge, there aren't enough minutes in a game for all the minutes you want everyone on the team to play.

I think this has more to do with letting other individuals step their games up before the playoffs than LeBrons ankle.

Look at guys like Delonte and Antawn tonight.. Putting up big numbers has to boost their confidence going forward..

Speaking of which, Mo after the game:

mogotti2:
I apologize to all my fans and Cavs fans for a shitty performance to say the least. I will get past this a get better, stay with me pls

English?? lol

EDIT....a=and lol

As far as Bron's ankle, I'm sure it's tender. But I think this was more just giving him a rest, no big deal IMO.
