Put that away 'till the end of the game se, ya damn jinxer.

Is Delonte not suited up for fear he's liable to attempt eating soup with a fork still or what? What's the scoop with him?

The Nets have some awful attendance numbers (yeah, no shit)...so they are offering to do the taxes of people at an upcoming home game lol

lol^ thats funny..

Very impressed with JJ tonight.. The Nets suck, but Brook Lopez doesn't.. What he has done against a bigger and very skillful center is pretty telling about how far he's come.

Two early fouls kept him from getting in the flow early. Not sure if it's worthy of note, but I did see him holding his finger/hand following contact too just before half/early third.

Cavs fell a sleep in the 4th.. A chance to go back up 14, but give the Nets credit, they keep fighting.

Powe, Andy and Hickson...all>>>Jamison. It's ashame this guy gets a lot more minutes than Verajou.

18 points on 23 shots is hardly a thing to brag about. At least he didn't have his usual 3 to 4 turnovers tonight.

For one, Andy is better when he doesn't play a lot of minutes a game.. Andy always gives 100% when on the floor so when he's tired, he's not as effective. I think you've noticed that Andy has been brilliant lately, which ironically, has come when his minutes have been cut a little.. With Andy it's quality of play over quantity.. Mike Brown actually touched on this after the Knicks game..

And seriously, get off the hate train. Antawn has made you look like a dumbass. The dude is giving us 18-20 points a night. consistent scoring from the PF spot is great for a change.

Some people will find anything to bitch about though, and you're no different than the guys you complain about. But 18 points on 23 shots? That's about par for the course when it comes to volume shooters like Kobe and Melo.. Antawn has always been a volume shooter. He shoots around 45%, so it's not that far off.

How about his rebounding though? Nice addition. And defensively he's actually been playing pretty well. He's a knowledgeable guy and has a high IQ for the game.. He's picking up on the system and he's still getting adjusted with these guys.

Article about Jamison after the game:
For Jamison it's meant living life in a Cleveland apartment and leaving his home and family back in Washington. It's been two weeks since he's seen his kids and in that time the youngest, a six-month-old boy, has started crawling.
"Up until that horn sounds, guys are joking, having a good time," Jamison said. "I've never been a part of a team that -- I don't want to say jokes so much, but has so much of a good time. We had some funny guys on that [Wizards] team with Gilbert and the rest of those guys, but you have to understand, the season is a long season. Especially being a part of this team, trying to play up until June, you have to laugh a lot. These guys laugh a lot every day. It doesn't matter what the situation is."

Wait, I can't tell...is this serious or sarcasm?

Jamison was 1 rebound shy of his 4th straight double-double. Nothing against Powe I like his nastiness his brings, but no way better than Jamison.

Both are good players, but they are totally different players. It's difficult to compare them. IMO Powe is like a baby shaq or poor man's shaq. Jamison is a stretch 4. Even if they are both considered 4's, they really aren't comparable.

Yes, it's sarcasm. Based on Footwedge's incoherent ramblings about Powe being a better player than Jamison.

Powe may be good but not sure if anyone noticed or not but he is having a really hard time running the floor. That knee is not right or he is just favoring it.

I saw where Boobie had a boy.....good for him. Just hope they put him back in the rotation.

Anyone find out what is wrong with Delonte?

God the Nets suck.

I heard on Mike & Mike this morning that they have had to resort to "minor league baseball type promotions" to draw in fans. They already had a "two sided jersey" promotion in which you can get a free jersey with a Nets player on one side and a player from another team on another. So...you might end up with a Brook Lopez/Lebron James jersey.

To top that, this Saturday against Orlando they are having the ever popular "buy a ticket, get your state taxes done for free night"....a $29.95 value. If getting your taxes done wasn't painful enough...now you have to sit through a Nets game.

BTW....Nets tickets are selling online for .98 cents.

What is Cleveland's record with Jamison in the starting lineup?

You cannot continue to compare guys that play within 5 feet of the basket to a game that is stretching the floor. Completely different players when it comes to FG % and rebounding (which Jamison has been doing great lately).

Jamison was giving AV two easy hoops last night simply because the defense respected Jamison's jumper and AV was wide open off the high and low.

I don't think you guys understand what having Jamison does to the defense and how they try to defend the Cavaliers. But keep on hating as Cleveland continues to play well offensively.

I feel bad for the Nets. It's like the out of shape team in the summer leagues that get eaten up alive. It's not even fair.

You guys? I think there's only one or two, and of those there only one that won't admit it because it would make them wrong.
