What's your favorite kind? I am partial to turkey bacon. Don't know why, I just like it better. As a kid I was always really particular about food with fat on it and I never liked fatty bacon.

A buddy of mine (he's a vegan) asked me to try vegan bacon. It tasted like a dog biscuit smells. So what's your favorite?

dont know how to spell it...but ramocki........dove meat wrapped in bacon......I hear that is what God has at each meal.

pork bacon is great. fried crispy.
turkey bacon a great substitute.
you are right about the veggie bacon...both the consistency and the taste are awful.

I smoke alot of meat and never heard of beef bacon myself. Considering the size it would be a pain in the ass to cure, not to mention a big enough smoke house to accomodate meat of that size, however it could be done.
