Went out and got the game this morning.

Pitching is going to be pretty tough to pick up on.

As a added bonus, you get a Free Fathead Jr with the purchase of the game.

There are 8 different players to pick from

Evan Longoria
Tim Lincecum
Albert Pujols
Alfonso Soriano
Derek Jeter
Kevin Youkilis
Chase Utley
David Wright

I already put in my order for the Soriano.

You would have had to pay $45 for the Fathead including shipping, so this was a nice bonus.

Road to the Show is in the The Show for PS3

This game does have a feature similiar to that where you start your career in the minors.

I havent played it enough yet to give a good review, but I can say that the pitching is going to be tough to get down.

How does the million dollar challenge work? You just record your games and the first perfect game gets a million dollars?

You have to setup a camera and film the entire game.

First person who pitches a perfect game gets a million.

^^ That kinda stinks. I thought they would have some server where you could play games under controlled settings in order to try for it.

I currently am in the middle of the longest game I have ever played on any video game.

I just went into the top of the 26th against Toronto (im the White Sox) and the scored is dead locked at 0-0

I just bought it yesterday, I can't hit at all. I did hit a walk off HR with Jonny Gomes in my first game though

It's nice that you like The Show, but this is a thread about 2k10.

I finally won the game with a walkoff HR in the bottom of the 26th with Andruw Jones.

I also got my Alfonso Soriano Fathead Jr that you could get for free with the game.

Pitching is easy, hitting takes a little longer.

I have played the last 3 days and I am starting to drop bombs with the hitting stick. I don't do that classic bullshit where you just press A.

You hit the ball much harder if you learn to time it up.

Don't use the left stick to try and directional hit, just use the right one and swing and time it up.
