hopefully this isn't going to affect anything going forward, scary to think of the possibilities when you consider his knee was torn up for at least part of last season.

The entire interview consisted of him telling how the knee was much better than it was prior to the Rose Bowl...not surprisingly, ESPN left that part out.

Hopefully QB1 can have an injury free season and lead the Buckeyes to the national title.

Did "QB1" stem from any particular quote or moment last season, or is it just another one of NCF's brain teasers?

Nope, seems to be just another one of the things he tries to do draw attention to himself.

Don't you have to actually have a brain first in order to tease???

I tore my ACL in high school playing football, and I went to OSU to have my surgery, and Dr. Kaeding was the guy who operated on it. We went there because we knew he was the surgeon for OSU's football players, and he had a great reputation not surprisingly. He did a fantastic job. I had a full ACL tear, meniscus tear, and 80% of the cartledge, and I followed the rehab routine he laid out for me, and in 4 months, I was cleared to start jogging and lifting with my lower body again. 6 months after surgery I was cleared for full contact and full sprinting. I've never had another problem with it in 7 years since then. Pryor had a mild case compared to what I had (obviously playing a lot higher level of ball), but if he follows what Kaeding tells him, he will be just fine by next month. He's a really nice guy and a great, great surgeon!

I'm in one of Pryor's classes. He's fairly quiet, but does participate from time to time.

His knee looks good, although he's sitting most of the time.

This has nothing to do with Pryor, but I found this pic and caption absolutely hilarious....

3/12/2010 - OSU Pro Day - Anderson Russell catches the ball.
