I prefer football over some rat, germ, and pollution infested hipster hangout like NYC.

The only way I'd head to NYC in this scenario is if you were going to spend more than 12 hours there. I did the 12 hour thing in the city once (but I was only a few hours away, stationed in upstate New York). Other than that, it is definitely a multi-day city. NYC is one of my favorite cities that I have ever visited. I think it would rank in the top 3 with Singapore and Phuket, Thailand.

I realize its a multiday thing; one of the trips we were there for four days I still didn't feel like we did a whole heck of a lot. My other option was to leave Friday afternoon after class hang out all friday night and all day saturday and head back on sunday

that's what I thought. I ordered my ticket booklet for States. Now I gotta find somebody to sell the 11am Friday seats too since I have class and can't make it

I would go to New York.
great city
when you get there.
Take to subway to Brooklyn go to Fulton St. (under the Brooklyn Bridge) and get some Gramaldi's Pizza. after that go down to the pier and get some Brooklyn ice cream.
Work it off by walking accross the Brooklyn bridge into Manhatten

In the three hours it took for you to defend not posting that much, you posted another 14 times. What?
