Cafepress lets you print off custom t-shirts. Just for fun, I did a "I love freehuddle.com" and a "property of freehuddle.com" t-shirt and 20 of them were $12/each. We'd have to agree on sizes, colors, text and logos but it's pretty easy to do online.

The more you buy the cheaper it gets. 1 t-shirt is $20.

Contact Carmichael Sports to get your t-shirts done. They are located in Orrville, OH, a big sports town, and have a very good screen-printer in Canton do the work for them. Very good quality and service, and their staff makes sure everything gets done on time. And I love the $12 per shirt idea! I will buy 2, most likely.

http://www.carmichaelsports.com

Things to consider:
  • # of colors printed on front & back (2 colors front, 1 color back = 3 colors)
  • Always use 1-color back unless you HAVE to have 2+ colors... just wastes money unnecessarily
  • A small print on sleeve is doable, but is considered another "color."
  • The size of the print on the front, back, or sleeve doesn't matter. So an upper-left-chest and full-chest design would cost the same assuming they have the same number of colors.
  • Think ahead at how many t-shirts you think you can sell, and then some. You don't want to have to call in a separate order for 20 when you could have ordered 400 instead of 350. (The order of 20 will be much, much more expensive)

I know a guy in Van Wert who charged me $5.00 per shirt. Good screen printing quality as well. Rob Welch, NW Ohio Screenprinting.

If you do this my wife wants you to have some women's shirts also. She likes to wear those girly shirts. I like when she wears them too, especially when they're really tight.

Funny thought: get them done by the state football finals, and have a get together. Stand behind ONNs booth and heckle JJ.
