Tebow should not be in a position to win the Heisman like Pryor.

Pryor should not be in the same position as Tebow to win the Heisman because......
1) Pryor = 9 INTs, Tebow = 4 INTs
2) Pryor = 2 losses, Tebow = 0 losses
3) Pryor = 4 turnovers against Purdue
4) Pryor = Big Ten, Tebow = SEC
And this is coming from an OSU fan himself haha Pryor, on the whole, has not looked very good this season. I understand you are just comparing his and Tebow's numbers to show how similar they are this year, but Pryor has not performed as many predicted. I do not think Tebow should be in the running at all for the Heisman this year and I think that can mainly be attributed to his injury. He has not put up his usual impressive numbers, but irregardless, Florida is still winning games. The less interceptions and #1 ranking is why these two candidates differ. Although the Heisman is supposed to be the best player in college football, let us not forget it's more of a "most valuable player." This is usually always given to the best player on the best team. Great job catching the similar stats, but I don't think Pryor is on the same level as Tebow and neither should be considered for the Heisman.
Still love my Buckeyes and Mr. Pryor though

Pryor doesn't deserve the Heisman. Neither does Tebow, at this point, I'm not sure who deserves it.
When you watch Tebow inside of 2 minutes and Pryor inside of 2 minutes, it's like night and day. Pryor will get there though, patience is key with him.

I think the point of the post was the emphasize that Tebow has not performed at a Heisman level this season.
He will not win it, nor should he.
He will not win it, nor should he.

wins-losses really shouldn't be that large of a factor IMO. I know that it is, but at the end of the day, you can only do so much if your offense/defense sucks.

If losses counted against guys, then how in the hell did Tebow win his Heisman when the Gators had more losses than the Buckeyes will have?

Tebow is leading in many of the polls I have seen and is 2nd in almost as many.
I have said this a thousand times already, if both teams are undefeated going in, the SEC Championship Game will determine who wins the Heisman trophy.
But I am pretty sure that Timmy would trade the Heisman for a undefeated season capped of with a National Championship.

McCoy had his chance to really impress the voters in 2 games on national TV and didnt do a thing.

So 2 games determine the Heisman vote??? He had a less than average game agianst Oklahoma and had a decent game against Okie St. The key is he is ranked in the top 10 of every major category and leads in a few and his team is drilling other teams, unlike Alabama and Florida.

the difference is tebow plays in what many consider the toughest conference in colleg football and pryor plays in a conference loaded with ham and eggers and bop bags
