in all honesty, i tend to not like music from the pop genre, but i do enjoy seeing bands i enjoy listening too getting attention that they deserve (mastodon getting a grammy nomination).

i just hate that cliche guy or girl who hates any music that is popular. too me that is more annoying than the cookie cutter group/singer that gets popular because of how they are promoted.

for musicians i cant stand, it's gotta be the DJ's who always feel like talking over the track being played, spittin' gems like "WE DA BEST" or "EXCLUSIVE!"

i always picture a guy like opie from family guy, or some other guy with slight mental handicaps yelling that into a microphone.

I don't agree with Dave's liberal viewpoints about everything. Never really liked any of their songs other than Crash into Me. I guess I am also not a big fan of "following the crowd" here at OSU where every "hipster" seems to like DMB and O.A.R.

I don't think you have any idea what a "hipster" is...

In my experience, the only people i've known who liked DMB and O.A.R. were about as far away from being "hipsters" as you could possibly get...
