Ladies and Gentlemen here we go again. A clipper like system will work its way through Illinois and Indiana tonight and into the area Tomorrow. Could see some amounts of up to 10 inches across ohio.

Heres what one of the models is prediciting for liquid precipitation over the next 72 hrs

With temps being cold aloft ratios will be high with this storm. According to this map Most of ohio will see at least .5 inches of liquid precip and using slight conservative 12:1 ratios most of ohio will get atleast 6 inches.

Would be nice to see this. Though I think Zanesville will get closer to 4-7", but still nice nonetheless.

I'm so sick of snow!

Accuweather is saying that Cincy will get 3-6 inches. That will be enough to cripple the city again!

Someone needs to shoot that fucking groundhog in the face.

I don't really care whether it snows or not but if it does, I'll take it. This is my last teaching year if I can get a good arrangement regarding health insurance for my spouse. if I miss a unit because of weather, I won't really have to re-file it. It will never be used again. I'm planning to coach for a couple more years but as far as classroom teaching....nope! We haven't heard anything about this up our way as yet but bring it on!!!

Upon further investigation, it would appear that the storm will miss us by a county or so to the South unless it takes a little more Northerly tack. Stranger things have happened already this Winter so I may have to do an impromptu snow dance. Of course the down side of me being home again may be that my wife will kill me in my sleep before the morning comes.

Chances are Cincinnati will shut down again, with really no need for it.

It says 5-8 expected for Ironton. We'll probably get 2-3 but everyone will still freak out.

DC is expecting 1-3 inches tomorrow afternoon/ night. I'm hoping it misses as we are still digging out from last week's storms.

At least it will be easier to shovel this time. Sick of the back breaking shoveling work.
I think we may be in for another storm or 2 after this then the flooding come spring will be baaadddd if we get a heavy rain event.

In Ohio, no one says Y'all. Just so you know. Perhaps, you indeed have redneck roots and y'all was appropriate?

My kids haven't been to school in over a week due to illness, the weather, and now President's Day. If it snows today and they can't go back again tomorrow I may shoot myself.
