So I was reading on the Rivals premium board about an update on Anderson, and basically he will announce on the 17th of this month. Someone on there said to checkout his Facebook status, but that they would not elaborate. SO, me being the nosey dude that I am, I search for Anderson and Facebook, and this was his status

Being academically qualified, to a large degree is what's kept him from signing a LOI. Now, his arrogance is starting to show simply because he's one of the last upper tier recruits that has yet to sign. He has an audience, and probably likes the attention.

Whatever school he ends up at, I think remedial English is in his future. The more I learn about him the more I see Ray Small.

Can't really blame him for being cocky, especially at this point when he's going to garner everyone's attention since he's basically the last top recruit still out there.

Glenville kids have unlimited talent, but more falter instead of make it. It's a true shame because they fail all because of their attitude/discipline rather than because a lack of talent. Rob Rose and Ray Small are prime examples....both had amazing talent but never put the work into football, or the classroom, that is necessary to be great. Instead, those 2 went to the club 4 or 5 nights a week. Look at Bryant Browning, for example. He's one of the lowest touted and least talented of the top players to come out of Glenville in quite some time. However, because he's an extremely smart kid who puts in the work and has a great attitude, he's done well while at OSU. As much shit that we like to give him, come next year he'll be a 3 year starter and will probably be up for some All-Big Ten accolades. Just think of what some of the other Glenville kids could have done if they had a better attitude and a better head on their shoulders, like Browning does.

I know it's early, but I'm excited that Christian Bryant looks like one of those players who have both the talent and good head on his shoulders. And I would take Latwan Anderson in a heart beat, but if the kid ends up underachieving, it won't come to me as any kind of surprise given his attitude.

Sometimes I wonder just how many legit NFL players Glenville could have produced if it wasn't for a majority of them acting like idiots. I know guys like Small, Rose, and Lenix had the talent, but could never apply themselves in the right way on the field, in the classroom, or out in the community.

Tressel was asked if there was room for more DBs in this class and he said "No". He is not coming to OSU. LA was high on mighigan early in his recruitment and cooled for some reason. Would not shock the world.

LA = Eugene Clifford and or the other 5* Saftey tOSU got that amounted to nothing... his name escapes me right now. LA might not be a trouble maker, but I'm not sure he is right between the ears.

The reason why OSU offered him so late is because he doesn't have the grades. So no he wouldn't have the grades for Michigan either. Unless he has improved his ACT score you wont be seeing him in the big10

^I agree... but he also had some maturing to do I believe. I think he had the grades for tOSU once they finally gave him the offer.
