got a tweet that they want to wait until USC meets the NCAA Feb.19-21 to 'get a feel' for possible sanctions at USC. If they are going to get nailed, Henderson might go elsewhere.

According to Henderson’s father, Sean, he will wait until U.S.C. appears before an N.C.A.A. infractions committee from Feb. 19-21 to hear about possible sanctions for the program before deciding whether to sign the letter. Though the Trojans are not likely to hear about any possible sanctions at that time, Sean Henderson said the hearing would give the family a sense of where the process was headed.
Henderson has until April 1 to sign a letter of intent. After that, Seantrel Henderson could find himself in a situation similar to Terrelle Pryor in 2008. Sean Henderson declined further comment.
also that led me to this article, Henderson's dad sounds like a dickhead, and the kid has yet to qualify academically. ...The dad didn't like OSU's classroom population and said Dick Tressel was boring. ...Said they deserved a phone call from Pete Carroll. ( like Pete's gonna call a kid who MIGHT commit later. )

Seantrel and his father said they liked the stability of the Ohio State coaching staff but not the university’s large class sizes. During Tressel’s home visit last month, he told Seantrel in great detail what his first year would be like for the Buckeyes.
Henderson’s father described the talk as “pretty long-winded” and “kind of dry.” Afterward, Tressel mentioned to the Hendersons that he was always told he talked a lot.
“He’s so informative and so to the point and so much about business, that it was a little boring,” Sean Henderson said.
