While shopping at Kroger for the impending snowstorm, I noticed that they don't sell bubble gum anymore at the counter, the days of begging your mom (or grandparents) for instant sugar apparently are gone. A pity. Back in the day bubble gum was a way of life, and had incredibly awesome Saturday morning cartoon commercials.

So what was the best?

Those 2 were my favorites, the stale gum you got when you bought baseball cards and buying bazooka for a few pennies sure brings back memories!

I always enjoyed Big Red gum because it always recruited the candy around it, thereby giving you more for the money.:P

I chewed a lot of it but the flavor only lasted about as long as it took to get from center field to the duggout!
