i cracked up last week when i saw him yelling about someone taking a picture during his backswing. that kinda stuff makes me laugh, just suck it up, arent they supposed to be professionals about it?

That's what I've never understood about golf. One little sound, and a golfer goes nuts. but a baseball player has sixty thousand people screaming their heads off, while a ball is coming at him at ninety-three MPH with movement, and he doesn't blink an eye. I'll take baseball.

^^^ Play golf first, then make that statement. The margin of error is so small that any slight flinch will kill a golf shot.

Can't excuse this by Tiger though. Not like I am going to start disliking him though. Everyone has their faults, and nobody is perfect. He needs to figure out how to get the temper under control.

I've played golf many times with the grounds crew cutting the grass right there next to me. Played golf where the tee box was next to a highway. Played golf on a course on an airforce base with planes landing a few hundreds away. i've never let any of the bother me when i play. i mean, do they also chase off all the birds in the area when the PGA comes to town incase one chirps at the wrong time?

He didn't throw it into the crowd Mr. Exaggeration. He slammed it off the ground and it bounced into the crowd. Probably shouldn't do that still but it's a big difference.

This wasn't even because of a noise in the crowd or movement, he was frustrated with the way he played and hit the club on the ground, he let go of it and it bounced. If you haven't played golf competitively then you won't understand. Golf pisses people off enough when they're playing for fun and doing poorly, it is exponentially more angering when you're playing for your school or for money. People slam clubs and swear all the time on courses without anyone so much as blinking.

These are all constant sounds. Someone yelling at you or a phone going off is a distraction that you don't expect. I am sorry, but if I played someone in golf and was allowed to distract them in their backswing, I would win every time no matter who it is.

He didn't throw it away from the gallery and it bounced 90 degrees into the gallery My. Physics. He threw it at the gallery and it landed in the gallery. Therefore, he threw it into the crowd.

I got disqualified in a tournament my senior year of HS for throwing a club. Had a 3 stroke lead at the time. This shit happens. Doesn't make it right, especially in my circumstance.

Tiger should be disqualified too, but the tour is scared of him.
