Put them in Italy, and play the card about them going back to their roots.

I could see that being really really funny.
They'll get killed. Like not the make-believe, I'm going to beat you up, type killed. Like Ronny's GH inflated head will be floating in the Venice canals.

Hilarious ass show. Pauly D, Situation, and Snooki were on the Jay Leno show, and he did the celebrity game or w/e where he asks them trivia questions. They literally had no idea about their heritage or anything along those lines.

Which is why this show is garbage.

MTV and VH1 are dumbing down Americas youth, one "reality" show at a time...

It's also a disgrace to Italians.

Everyone read your 1st cry for attention in this thread, there was no need for the 2nd. No one cares, we watch it because it's a train-wreck, not because we admire these people. If you hate it so much, just ignore it.

Pretty much what Sherm said.

I live here in Hollywood, they actually had castings for The Hills sort off, like they would literally build the offices where they "worked". I lived down the street from one. And same with the clubs, they get "club looking" people as the flier said to fill in.

At least shows like the Real World and Jersey Shore are somewhat "real"

MTV should take a stand and not give them what they want.

They are in no position to be asking for that kind of money.

I find it ridiculous that these people are being paid to do what I was doing just 15 years ago (lifting weights, getting drunk every night and scoring chicks, acting like a complete assclown, etc.). Too bad nobody had a camera on me.

BTW, that Snooki chick is not attractive at all. In 10 years she will be fat and have a mustache. Now Sammi and J-Wow on the other hand....

Got this from TMZ.com

Sources tell TMZ the network has told the cast if they don't accept MTV's deal by the end of business Monday, they will be replaced. And, MTV has told them it does not have to be a package deal -- the cast members who accept the offer will stay ... those who do not can have a nice life.

As we first reported, MTV offered each cast member a $10,000 signing bonus and $5,000 per episode. We're told the cast rejected the offer and made it clear they would all stand together and hold out for their price, though they didn't say what it was.

MTV made a new offer of $10,000 an episode -- there are 12 episodes in the new season -- but so far the cast hasn't responded.

We're told MTV already has replacements if Snooki, Pauly D, The Situation and the others don't accept the offer on Monday. But, we're told, MTV is happy to mix and match if some of the cast accepts the offer and other don't.
