I've known a few Iranians in my day. He was a former Iranian soccer player for their Olympic team or something, the dude was a badass.....yet equally crazy. EDIT: Now that I think about it, I've met a few crazy Lebanese Muslims too, I guess the sane ones the French converted. I coach football, and we had a kid who was a devout Muslim and Lebanese-American, his parents and family had moved over in the early 1980 during the civil war. Well his uncle murdered his wife, and apparently the wife's family was "connected" back in Lebanon and their whole family pledged to kill his entire family as revenge. I guess they were in the process of getting passports and whatnot and planning to come over to the states and just go ape shit. He ended up quitting the football team in week seven because his family didn't want him to leave the house for fear he'd be killed. Freaky shit. I'm fairly certain they ended up moving to avoid repercussions.

I don't follow every thread... and I definitely don't comment on every one. I read your threads because they can be entertaining (not necessarily you but the responses you elicit). Trust me, I have no ill-will towards you. I was just telling Upper not to get too worked up about what you say, it's definitely not worth taking what you say seriously... as it goes for most people on here.

There are very few people that I would take seriously on this site... the truth of the situation is that animosity and ill-will are born from ignorance. When you can't really talk to and understand a person in a face to face situation you don't really understand them. You can't hear how they talk and what their voice inflection implies in what they are saying. You can't really get to know someone through the mindless chatter on here... it's not worth putting too much stock into anything on here.

For example, quite a few people think I'm an argumentative ass who is negative a lot of the time. If you met me in real life you would see I'm extremely jovial and don't really have ill-will towards anyone. I'll argue points in real life, but I do it for the entertainment of having an interesting conversation and making myself and others re-evaluate their positions. On here without seeing that I'm constantly smiling and most everything I say is a joke... people tend to think otherwise... I can't help it so I don't worry that people think it.

So once again, I don't hate you because I don't know you. I just wouldn't take anything you say too seriously.
