During the Indians’ current-six game winning streak, Jones has completed 67 percent of his passes (114 of 170) for 1,674 yards and 16 touchdowns. He’s tossed just four interceptions in those 170 attempts and, perhaps most impressively, is nearly picking up a first down each time he throws by averaging a robust 9.8 yards per attempt. He’s got three 300-yard games over his last six outings. This includes only playing 2.5 quarters each against WB and Alliance.

“The big thing with Jones is that he breaks your defense down by scrambling if he gets pressure,” Ifft said. “You want to get pressure on him, but sometimes you’re damned if you do get pressure on him because his athletic ability takes over.”

This is going to be the key to the game tonight. Does Dover blitz him and risk getting burned, or sit back and make him throw perfect balls? I am really hoping to see a shootout tonight! GO GET 'EM BOYS!!!

I expect the Dover Defense to set the tone of the game from the first play. Just like they have the last few weeks. Northwest will feel like they're playing more than 11 guys. GO DOVER!

The key tonight when Dover is on defense, as it is with pretty much any 5 wide spread team, is can the front 4 consistently get pressure on the QB without needing to bring extra blitzers. IF we are forced to bring 1-2 blitzers every down to pressure the QB then we will see the NW offense make some big plays. As we have seen with Dover's offense in the past, the teams that have contained the 5 wide (Licking Valley, Steubenville, New Phila, Northwest) have beaten our 5 blockers with 4 rushers consistently enough to get sacks and force poor decisions. I think Dover's front is good enough to do this, as bases_loaded preaches, the game will be won in the trenches.

Great to see you swimmer! No pay either, huh?

I finally got one of my old names back. I used to post under Jock Strap also but got banned AFTER I paid another fee to the Puddle because it wasn't suitable for a family site! Go figure. I laid low and got back in under DHS1977.

I have had issues getting on here. Entering my user name and correct password does not work 100% of the time. I have found that if I clear my cookies and go back in, that on occassion fixes the problem. I run Firefox on a Mac. I thought I would post this in case others have run into the same problems.

I understand problems crop up with a new website. I am not upset in the least. Heck for the past three years, I could not ever get into JJ on a Friday night.

I love it here. Great to see more and more of the Dover huddlers jumping on.

Oh, and I did earn a life time ban from JJ for mentioning this site over there. Either that, or they saw I was posting over here now. Regardless, big whoop. As if I would want to have stayed over there in the first place. I am even more convinced it was a good move after reading how so many other long time posters from over there have been treated by them.

GO DOVER ! Here's to an injury free game !

I had the same problems with logging in. Justin said there is a problem right now that he is working on but you have to be sure to type in (minus the http://) www.freehuddle.com and not just freehuddle.com. Tried it and it works everytime. Hope this helps out.
