It was in the works to happen in January..but he had some scheduling conflicts. Had to do some promotions overseas for his new movie or something. So it fell through.

You may not like his movies like the Game Plan, Tooth Fairy etc but their also not geared towards you as a viewer.

I believe he has a contract with the film company where he has to make a certain number of those films? I heard that somewhere..don't remember where though.

I actually liked the Game Plan...but the Tooth Fairy looks ridiculous, I wouldn't take my kid to see that.

He's turning into Eddie Murphy

I don't blame him not for wrestling. He'll probally make more money off of two movies than he would in ten years wrestling.

Game Plan was pretty decent and made a ton of money. Tooth Fairy does look bad though.

I really hope they can get him back for a short run as there are tons of possibilities they could have with him. Everyone was excited when Bret Hart came back but the Rock would be even bigger.

Dwayne Johnson in a Tu-Tu is embarrasing. What did he do to deserve that, take a leak on a movie executive's lawn or something? It would be one thing if he is making action movie after action movies. Time to get back in the ring Rock.

Johnson says his return to WWE, rumored to take place this summer, will be more than just a typical one-night guest hosting gig:

"I've remained close with Vince McMahon over the years, but here's the key. It's not just to go back and host. I don't want to do that. I want to go back and host and do something special. I want to entertain the fans in ways they haven't been entertained in years."

He needs to deny everything, and then just show up one day. It's not as great if everyone knows about it.

I had been hoping he would be hosting the Raw in Dayton on the 4th but got Bret Hart instead (which was still great) but I really hope the day comes when he has one more match.

Won't happen..Vince will advertise it just like Bret..that way everyone will tune in so he'll get major ratings.

Hence one of the major setbacks of professional wrestling. As the 80's song goes, "MTV Killed the Radio Star". The internet has been been very damaging to professional wrestling.

Just give him a damn mic and let him go on one of those ROFL rants. That's what he brought to the show in the first place.
