Alright, I've had it and need some assistance.

Ever since I joined this site I've had browser issues (I think). I joined using Firefox. User name, password etc...I closed out, didn't sign out, and haven't been able to log on using Firefox, Google chrome or IE ever since. The only browser that will allow me to post on this forum is mother f'n aol, which I abhor for all the reasons anyone hates it.

I have cleared cookies, in all other browsers, but have had no luck.
When I try to log in it goes right back to hello guest, no error message.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated, as aol is slowly sucking the life out of me.

Thanks in advance.

Buying a new computer would probably help.

I believe it might be that you have to have WWW.freehuddle.com in your browser and not just freehuddle.com.

I've tried this several times as it was an issue early on but it makes no difference now or then.

When I click login, the username space comes up blank but the password space is filled in, I've tried using the password provided as well as backing it out and using my real password to no avail...

Try resetting your PW, now that you are logged on through AOL.

I've had this happen a few times before, and only does when I log in from the main page.

What I have noticed is through it appears as that it did not log you in on the main page, once you navigate to any other page it shows that you are in fact logged in. Just seems to be a little quirky thing. (I'm using Firefox 3.5.7 on Windows 7)

^^^^I tried both neither were succesful^^^^

I really hate to have to resort to using aol and there's no good reason I should have to...

I've also tried to login using other browsers on different computers using different ip addresses and have not been able to login either...except on aol, that worked...I'm pissed

I had this issue back in November where the site wouldn't let me sign in and kept showing as guest. The work around I found was I'd go to the member list. Find my name and ckick on it and it would show as signed in.

Does anyone think there is a setting on aol that would prevent my using other browsers to sign in? I've tried to locate anything that might be holding it back but can't. Really serious about this, aol is just too invasive for my liking and don't want to use it for anything.
