2PAC IS AN EAST COAST RAPPER IDIOT.
showed you, haha next time you wanna clown get your head right, pac = westcoast!

A little lesson for you, 2pac was signed by Interscope records, Interscope was owned by Atlantic Records. Now where do you think Atlantic Records is located? 2pac recorded alot of his music in New York. Remember when he was shot? New York.

He wasnt considered a west coast artist until Interscope let Death Row to distribute and run the rappers under their label.

Death row moved 2pac out to the west coast to record all his music. Remember a little song called California Love? You started seeing him with rappers like Dre.
all in all what is he known for now WESTCOAST, done

Might be reaching, to be honest.

By birth, yes, 2pac was born on the east coast. However, he moved to Cali in what? 1988? (someone may have to fact-check that, but I think it's accurate), and came up and developed as an artist through Digital Underground, and Strictly Dope.

Using label location, and places where music is recorded as a basis behind what coast an artist is most known for/claimed is really, really faulty. Is Drake a southern rap artist? I mean, he's from Canada, but he's on Young Money (through Atlantic), and records in the South, primarily...

I mean, it may be in poor taste to say, but ummm....there was a REASON 'Pac got shot in New York.

I have to agree with those who are saying west coast although i see where someone could make a case to say east coast.....however he clearly changed alligances and gangs and was surely repping LA and california after meeting dre and doing the death row thing.
