Haven't seen it. I've seen Royal Tenanbaums, Life Aquatic, and Darjeeling Limited, the last of which was so mind-numbingly dull that I stopped an hour in, because I'd nealy lost the will to live if I had to keep watching.

Rushmore was solid as well. But Grand Budapest Hotel was really good. Quirky murder mystery.

It was nominated, which the others weren't I don't think. I liked it more than the others (I actually don't particularly like many of his movies either).

My first watch was on a plane, so my enjoyment may have been skewed positively because of nothing else to do. But I've watched tnsince and enjoyed it again.

While I hate the flow of his movies, I do love his use of color.
