Great point. Everyone says, "if you're good enough they'll find you." Devin Jordan is a classic example that that saying isn't always true.

Does McKinley still have football?

Seriously, I heard since the federal league has never won a championship they were considering making it mandatory that all member schools drop football and make their kids concentrate on cross country.

My HS experience was great. Football being good or bad had no effect on it.

No, I don't think so. HS football is not central to my life. I played it and enjoyed it a lot. In the 25 years since, it has assumed its rightful place as a nice memory.
