Reds offense is down. Billy now hot, Cozart still doing his thing, Votto cold, Duvall cold, Suarez has picked up, Gennett has been great, Schebler ice cold, Mesoraco cold, Peraza all singles and no walks.

Duvall out tonight and Kivlehan in for him....he's a solid replacement.

With a 6 man rotation you kind of get the feeling these guys are competing against each other for a spot.

Read they plan on keeping the 6 man until the next Kluber start and giving him an extra day off.

Wonder if they plan on trading someone or just waiting to see what their best option is. I think I read that Tomlin may have options.

Robo with a hell of AB. RBI Double off the wall in rcf. Zimmer follows with a lineout to left, but goes as a sac fly. 3-1 now.

3-2 bottom of 6. Tomlin has looked good other than the 2 bombs given up.

Meh. Numbers are good, but Reds have about 5-6 line outs that easily could've been doubles. Lucky they were right at defender or Abe making a nice play.

And he mows them down. Bases loaded no outs and the get a hit, then 2 straight k's by Lindor and Brantley. Still some clutch insurance runs going into the 8th.

Why does Allen consistently put the lead off man on? It makes no sense, and even though he's an excellent closer, this keeps him from being elite
