This was a game where you just tip your hat to the Royals. We scored One run....3 f'kin hits. Could Salazar have pitched better? Yes. Did he pitch that bad? ...no. Bullpen gave up 1 run.
When you score only one run, your pitchers have to throw a shutout. I watched the game front to back and the Royals pitching staff was tough last night.
Clear the mind and get after them today.

Little disappointed last night. Hammel had been a disaster. 0-3. The Royals were 0-5 in his starts and he was sporting an ERA north of 7 and we made him look like Cy flipping Young.

Mike Clevinger will start Sunday. Trevor Bauer has been moved back to Monday according to the Indians website.

Allen unquestionably one of the best closers in the game, but he HAS to stop walking guys in these tight games--it's gonna bite him eventually.
