PC/LAN Technician for a large Pharmacy Benefits Manager. Been at the job for 10 years. It's funny how the Technology/Infrastructure changed over the last 10 years. It was a lot more work years ago as the site housed over 50 Servers. Now with the Enterprise/Data Center model almost all of them have been centralized and a lot of the job functions have went away, making me more of just a Hardware Tech. (swapping out keyboards, mice, and monitors...lol)

I love it as it is something I did not think I would be doing 5 years ago, but here I am.

Dream job, probably some tenured academic job where all I would have to do is travel to conferences, drink, and occasionally write/ teach. That was my path initially when I was at a DC think tank, but life happens and other doors open up.
It's also amazing how many of them do dumb shit (miss simple details, provide too much information, etc) on their proposals, which as a result knocks them out of competition.

I am VP(meaningless bank title) of Consumer Lending Originations and Underwriting managing that department for a Large Bank.

I enjoy my job and where I'm at professionally. If I could start over I would have stuck with my first major (Physical Therapy) and would have liked to work for a Professional team or College athletics.

I'm an Accountant for a major utility company. Started out working with the company in a different area for about 3 years, but have worked in various accounting roles for the last 4 years. It's not a dream job, but it's still pretty solid. For the most part, I like the people that I work with and my hours are typically pretty standard, even during our busy times of the month/year.

Laboratory Manager for a company that tests medical devices. I enjoy science and people mgmt. so very happy with where I am. Been with the company since completing undergrad almost 13 yrs ago.

Ha small world. I am a Demand Planning Manager in south Charlotte though for a smaller ($300M) privately owned manufacturer of AV/tech equipment.

Consulting, mostly financial but they have me doing weird shit all the time depending on the client's needs.

I don't particularly like it but they seem to keep paying me more and more money each year via bonuses.
