This is getting a bit ridiculous. SC posted first...everyone knew we were skipping Gerb until he was ready to pick. Mirg did not say he was in contact with him and that a pick was coming, just that he was driving through BFE, or SC would've waited. We've done this the last couple of years pretty successfully, so let's get past the BS and get back to making picks.

I'm not blaming you for that I'm fine with all that went down. Until we obviously posted at the same time. I'm on shifty Internet so it tool a minute for my post. Once you seen Gerb wanted hart who was scheduled to pick 2 people before you. You should have let him have him and pick someone else. But no you wanted to take advantage of the situation for your gain which was perfectly legal under the rule's but still a douche move. That's what I have a problem with.

From now on...so EVERYONE is on the same page...
You have 3 hours to make our pick from the time of the previous pick. If the 3 hours pass by, and you haven't picked yet, you will be skipped. When you are able to make a pick, sign on and post. If the player you wanted was picked while you were skipped, tough luck.
From 9 PM(maybe 10?) until 8 AM, the 3 hour window is ignored. If you are the next to pick after 10 PM, make your selection ASAP in the morning.
Personally, if it is my selection after 8 PM, I won't be awake. I will pass on a list to someone so they can pick for me. I suggest everyone else do this too.
