Okay, so we're going with 11. We do need to have a time limit. I would say if you can't make it to get us at least 12 rounds, meaning you probably have to be logged on multiple times per day, it's better not to do it.

Once organized any one of you could get every team together. Maybe a free entry fee for the person who compiles and sorts the info.

I don't like the idea only because pace depicts when you draft first four and sleepers. If I have a guy I don't think anyone is taking, I'm waiting till last round. Same principle applies to Tuesday and Wednesday games.

I say we keep going. If a team skips 2 rounds, we just eliminate them. I'd rather lose 2 or 3 people and make sure we get a lot of rounds, than have the same people time out.

Last year was good, but we typically start slow then find a groove. I do think we should make it a point for everyone to have their number given to someone else to be able to text.
