Technically, yes. But the non-water parts do dehydrate, so it probably shouldn't count as actual water. Drink a ton of beer without drinking water before sleeping and I'm risking a hangover. Add a big cup of water before bed and I'm good.BRF;1840205 wrote:Beer is mostly water.......right?

I dont drink enough. Being a highly trained endurance athlete, I am probably in a constant state of dehydration

I started doing that two years ago, definitely helps. My wife is amazed, because it would make her get up two hours later to pee. I can sleep thru the night, no problem, and not feel strained.Heretic;1840359 wrote: Add a big cup of water before bed and I'm good.
At the same time, I also started drinking a big glass of water before breakfast. Now, THAT will make me pee a few times after my morning coffees, but I can deal with that.
