How much do you drink a day? Tap? Filtered? Bottled?
I typically take in around 50-60 oz ---20 oz bottled and the rest is typically tap
It'll increase a decent bit as weather warms up.

100ish oz per day. All tap water.
I do love Smartwater, tho. I drink it pre and post alcohol binges.

Varies. But usually try to get at least 100oz a day. If I'm in office, maybe closer to 80oz...when on the road for work, closer to 150oz. I just chug water bottles onsite.

Depends on the day. I probably get 75 oz or so. If we count coffee, then it's more like 125 oz.

I have a 750 ml water bottle at the office that I refill least twice a day, plus what I drink at home. I'd bet least 100oz, more if I run.

I honestly couldn't tell you. It'd have to be a lot, though, since water is the only non-alcoholic beverage I have with any frequency (very rarely, a can of pop), so if I'm drinking something, it's water. I just know I always have a cup in front of me and sometimes mix in a bit of Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar.

60 to 80 oz per day weekends more and summer more, i use less salt and avoid salty type snacks and junk foods that helps.
seem like every 8 oz of coffee produces 12 oz of piss I don't want to flood the earth

I have no idea how much I drink in a day. I have a 24 oz cup that I use, but I always have it full of ice too. I usually refill it 4-5 times a day. And I will usually have a few glasses at home also. We have the jugs bottled water at work and use a Brita pitcher at home. If I have to grab a bottle at a gas station or something, I tend to get the Smart Water or Ice Mountain.

Not much. During the day it's basically 3 travel mugs of coffee. Maybe a glass or 2 of water at home and then maybe a 20oz bottle if I went for a run.

I have reevaluated. I use 32 oz. Indians souvenir cups and I have already had two of them this morning. So I guess I drink more than 100 oz. per day.Fab4Runner;1840176 wrote:100ish oz per day. All tap water.

Probably in the 80-100 oz range. I have a 20 oz cup that I fill 3 times at work (with a little ice), then probably another liter (so 34ish more oz) or so at home

We have some sort of water purification system at work. I have a, I'm guessing, 24oz stainless steel bottle that I'll fill up several times throughout the day. Some days I'll make it a point to fill it up at least 3-4 times, other days I'll get busy and forget about it and fill it up once.

I used to drink a couple cans Pepsi while at work almost every day(I don't drink coffee, so that was my caffeine for the day). I've cut way back on that and find myself drinking a lot more water now. I used to hate drinking water. I don't know why, just didn't like drinking it. But I have found that I don't miss the Pepsi as much if I always have water in front of me.

Upon further review, I'm at 150oz a day, 200oz on the road. Didn't realize my Tervis was a 24oz.

Neither, lol. Just love water. To be fair, I just now finished my 3rd cup, so I slowed way down.bigdaddy2003;1840266 wrote:64 ounces before 10?? And I thought I drank a lot of water. Ha, do you work out in the morning or just have an active job?
