I'm pretty well exhausted with cancer hitting seemingly everyone. Can we please get a cure ASAP?wildcats20;1843333 wrote:Jason Day leaving the Match Play because his mom is having surgery for lung cancer on Friday.

It's way too complex to just have a single cure. However, we know how Cancer grows. When you understand the why, it can be largely cured.Ironman92;1843339 wrote:I'm pretty well exhausted with cancer hitting seemingly everyone. Can we please get a cure ASAP?
It's the greedy pharmaceutical and medical industry that holds it down. Cancer drugs make billions of dollars and largely don't work. That's exactly how they want it.
Look up Stanislaw Burzynski.

No doubt it sucks, but anymore, if you get a life-changing diagnosis, people have to do their own research, ask their own questions and take as much control as they can. It's something I've already thought about and would be ready to take action if someone close to me is affected.

Sadly this and the companies fill the pockets of politicians on both sides of the aisles. That's why we see regulations increase EVERY single year.Azubuike24;1846097 wrote:It's way too complex to just have a single cure. However, we know how Cancer grows. Is this some kind of comment that I'm insensitive about this? Could not be farther from correct if so.vball10set;1846106 wrote:if you're exhausted, how do you think those afflicted feel?

Sorry, and by this post you're obviously not, but your comment could be perceived that way...jmo.Ironman92;1846118 wrote:Is this some kind of comment that I'm insensitive about this? Could not be farther from correct if so.

Of guys near the top, this is the order I would want them to win.
1. Sergio
2. Rickie
3. Rose
4. Scott
5. Westwood

Fowler is my favorite golfer. Sergio winning would be awesome.
Hoping for a 66 from Fred Couples

Wouldn't mind Spieth or Rory, but Ive always loved Justin Rose for no real reason haha. Would love to see him get his second. But REALLY wanna see Sergio get one, and if not him see Rickie get his first (of which I think will be multiple).Ironman92;1846556 wrote:Spieth at #3 for me.

Westwood I never really cared for, but over time Ive come to appreciate him and would like to see him finally get a major. But I could be talked into Spieth/Scott/Rory/Westwood in the 4-5 spots.

If RecLegend still posted on here then Adam Scott would be #1 on my list for sure.
But seriously, what a great leaderboard heading into Sunday. Doesn't matter to me who wins, just hope to see plenty of great shots down the stretch.

Meh on Rose, but wouldn't mind seeing Sergio get his first (he's not a prick like he used to be--he seems like a pretty good dude)...if he can't, then Ricky and Spieth, in that order.

Rose isn't real exciting but he can play. Last time I was at Muirfield it was during a practice round and Rose was dropping balls into impossible looking bunker shots and just doing incredible things on every shot.
His first British Open was incredible too.
Hard to believe Sergio has never gotten over the hump.

They all can play, it's just who's playing their best on that day...I mean, who woulda' thought Charlie Hoffman or Ryan Moore would be in contention? I'm just a USA homer is all, with Garcia being the exception this week--the guy's been grinding and I hope this is his time--finally.Ironman92;1846577 wrote:Rose isn't real exciting but he can play. I know they can all play and have been to a dozen or so different practice rounds over the last 3 decades and you see the players do some insane stuff during those rounds that aren't structured like Thurs-Sun...what I watched Rose do in that 15 minutes topped anything I have ever seen from large number of players. He's boringly specialvball10set;1846578 wrote:They all can play, it's just who's playing their best on that day...I mean, who woulda' thought Charlie Hoffman or Ryan Moore would be in contention? Today would have been Seve's 60th birthday, can he help out Sergio today?
