Catch and release wtf... Here is another case where a unaware student/ citizen is victim of a career rapist murder criminal.
Catch and release is for fish, raccoon, possum (unless you eat then) but for social predators death and removal from society quick and without remorse. Ocean shark bait . Please remove the implant tracker...
