How can it be determined that he kept possession of that all the way to the ground? The call on the field was INT. No proof to definitively overturn that.

Simultaneous possession almost 100% of the time goes to the offense.

That's true, but you can't see that he has possession of it. It looks like Ward rips it out and clearly has a better hold on the ball on the ground. The Penn State WR's body completely shields any evidence to the contrary. Whatever, though. The PI on Webb's INT was worse.
