Just when you think that the SJW movement has started to wind it's way into a downward spiral of oblivion, it has found new life.

Since it's inception, I have also placed the BLM movement into the SJW section of absurdity. I can't help but think, though, that what might have started out with good intentions grew outrageously out of control and now resembles Green Peace and PETA.

Is there some good in "movements" such as these? Can they be redeemed to make a positive impact on various communities? Or is this just a simple passing fad or trendy boredom prevention?

I find that some degree of cowardice is at play in most of these groups, not to mention segregation - intentional or not.

What is the eventual outcome?

I look at the SJW groups as at least starting out with good intentions, but possessing too much of the "We're right and that's that! If you disagree, you're wrong and ignorant!!!!!" arrogance to be remotely effective outside of those for whom their message is "speaking to the choir". Like a left-wing version of our more outspoken and angry poli posters like QQuaker. Same sort of angry, petty person, but with a different point of view.

I think the problem is, more or less, that in this day of social media saturation, people feel the need to be overly emphatic when making their point, which leads to an atmosphere that's less a plea to come together and work on things and more their voices talking down at you where you get the vibe they're patting themselves on the back simply for having the patience to tell others how they should feel. SJWs and Social Conservatives essentially, simply by how they are, tend to be the sort of people I ignore because by doing this, they give the impression of people who live in their own little bubble and look at people who don't have the exact same views as misguided or ignorant.

My solution is quite simple. Everyone over the age of 18 is given $20k in cash except for straight white males. My back of the napkin math says that would cost the US slightly over $3T which with today's environment is basically a drop in the bucket.

That way whenever you see minorities/women/gays complain just point to that event and call it a day.

I agree. People's naturally tendency is to flock to like groups with the animal kingdom doing the same.

I do think that SJW's will learn to notch down their social engineering tactics. Be more subtle and backdoorish with their projecting.
