Yeah Classy, the cavs (or any other team) are going to low ball Lebron over in contract negotiations, because the cavs decided to create a fake injury to give him rest. Think about how dumb this logic is. In a league where Mozgov received $64M stars like Love, Kyrie and Lebron are going to get fucked over in negotiations, because they are sitting out games....
Keep bringing the lulz.

Maybe you should keep your taeks at Bowling Green-level for a while.Classyposter58;1829393 wrote:Hell no they wouldn't, because then that'd be leverage against them in contract negotiations. Same reason those guys won't play half a game, because that would hurt their stats which could bite them in the butt at the negotiating table

Kyrie put on a show tonight. Some of the assists he was dishing out were fantastic.

I can't think of a team that the regular season means less to than the 2014 to present Cavs. So what, they at worst finish second in the conference. Toronto having home court in the ECF does not mean that much over the health of the players. They will be okay without JRS for the next two months.

It truly does not matter. They could get the 8th seed and they would still head to the Finals. The East is decent but they lack the caliber of talent to compete with the Cavs in a 7 game series. Cavs should enter the finals 12-1 at worst.Sonofanump;1829569 wrote:I can't think of a team that the regular season means less to than the 2014 to present Cavs. So what, they at worst finish second in the conference. Only time it will matter is post trades (if any happen) to get some cohesiveness going with the new guys.

JR is out 12-14 weeks. That sucks. He'll be back before playoffs start, but sucks to get him back right before the playoffs start.

He's been dogshit and Love, KI are playing out of their minds. We don't need him anymore.SportsAndLady;1829698 wrote:JR is out 12-14 weeks. That sucks. He'll be back before playoffs start, but sucks to get him back right before the playoffs start.

Need a shooter in the playoffs. Don't be an idiot. 2 mo ago you were screaming how badly we need the cavs to work his contract out.sleeper;1829703 wrote:He's been dogshit and Love, KI are playing out of their minds. We don't need him anymore.

That is true, however I didn't expect KI to be the best PG in the NBA and I didn't expect Love to start showing up.SportsAndLady;1829708 wrote:Need a shooter in the playoffs. Don't be an idiot. 2 mo ago you were screaming how badly we need the cavs to work his contract out.
This team will repeat as long as Love, KI, LBJ are healthy.

This might be the dumbest thing I have read in a very long time.
[h=3]4. What moves, if any, should the Warriors and Cavs make?[/h]
Engelmann: The Warriors, who currently sport the best point differential of all time, shouldn't make any moves. The Cavs -- if they don't want to get steamrolled by these Warriors in the Finals -- probably should. I'd trade Kyrie Irving for a PG that plays better defense. Irving's ability to create shots in high-pressure situations is great in close games, but the Warriors are too good, and Irving's defense too shaky, for the 2017 Finals games to be close.

Might be Footwedge. I can see him thinking the team would have been better if they'd dumped off Kyrie to give Delly the full-time job.Commander of Awesome;1829740 wrote:Jesus, what was that from? BR right that for bleacher report?
