Tribe get on the board in the 3rd. 1-0.

Tigers down 4-1 in the 6th to the Twins. They have a lot to play for. Just a game behind Toronto for the 2nd WC spot.

Tigers lose. A win here would pretty much put them away save a sweep next series

Not many hits for the Tribe but we have gotten 4 walks. Haven't been able to cash them in so far.

1-1 in the 7th. Pretty solid effort by the "Clevinger Committee" thus far.

Clevinger, Armstrong, Manship and Anderson have combined for 6 innings, 5 hits and 1 run so far. Anderson is back out for the 7th.

Yan Gomes was set to join the Tribe for the Detroit series but not so fast my friend as he was hit on the hand in the AA playoff game. According to Matt Underwood his return to the club this year is now up in the air.

2 on 2 out for the Sox in the 8th. Shaw comes in and strikes out Frazier. To the 9th we go.

Damn, we left guys on base all day. I'm tired of Almonte playing. Crimsons streak has come to an end. Thankfully Detroit lost.

Almonte failed to get down a bunt....Lindor K'd with a runner on third and one out... and that was a disgusting AB. Crisp does the same.....those guys got themselves out swinging at bad pitches.
The magic number decreases to
11
...no thanks to some really poor baseball.

Yesterday was ugly. Really poor situational hitting. Especially poor pitch selection. Over aggressive...swinging at balls out of the zone.

Thankfully that series is over. Crimson had a really nice run! Over half a month of won series with a split in there.

Let's deliver the death blow the Tigers this weekend with 2 of 3.
