Armstrong is hot garbage. He was only brought up to fill Salazar's spot while Salazar was on the Paternity List. He should be going back soon.

Sale gave up a 2 out RBI single to JD Martinez in the bottom of the 8th, which tied the game at 2. Sale threw a gem but couldn't close out the 8th.

Bottom 9 now. 2-2 in Detroit.

EDIT: Detroit walks off in the bottom of the 9th.

Any day someone has to "keep pace" is a win for the Tribe.

Also, Miller was probably not being used today after 1.2 innings yesterday. So, glad we had the lead big enough for Tito to go with the recent call up to end it.

Finally, Twins are the Twins versus us (though played us tough). A sweep is nice. Another day without losing ground to red-hot Detroit.

19-4 and still 7.5 back. If they cool down at all...they are toast. Just lost 2 in a row so that might be happening.

Detroit is the team that just keeps hanging around and finding ways to win.
