Back in the day that was a 5 yard facemask, but definitely not a current day facemask.

Isn't it a judgement call? Since they eliminated the incidental 5-yarder and the 15-yarder?

I don't get why they run it down to 3 seconds. If you run it to 5 or 6 seconds, the time will expire on the kick, but it gives you enough time just to down a botched snap. 3 is pushing it...

They didn't redefine a 15 yarder, just eliminated the 5. Incidental is not a penalty, which is what that was

From 33 it's no more than 4 seconds off and a bad snap the holder could down it in 2-3 seconds I imagine.
