Our Tribe now heads to the west coast for a 3 game series with the Athletics.

Game 1 - Carrasco vs. Triggs at 10:05
Game 2 - Salazar vs. Manaea at 10:05
Game 3 - Bauer vs. Graveman at 3:35

Just keep finding ways to win.

7 is a nice cushion but a poor week can make that less comfortable in a hurry. A secondary race...the Rangers, Indians, Jays and Red Sox all pretty tight for the race for best record and home field in the AL playoffs. But let's just make sure we win the division first and worry about that later.

This Triggs is nothing special. 27 year old...made his big league debut this season out of the bullpen and has started a few games. This will be his 3rd consecutive start. He's never finished 6 innings. Let's light this dude up early and often and spot Cookie a nice lead.

Yeah, let's worry about our own division and let the rest of that stuff take care of itself.
In case no one has noticed, there is another team in the rear view mirror and you cannot dismiss them lightly.....
That is the KC Royals, winners of 8 straight and only a game back of the Tigers. this is a team with playoff drive and World Series experience...AND we have to play them on the road to finish the season.
