Apparently the Heat offered D Wade $10 mil a year. Half of what he made this year. He's all but gone, IMO.

When healthy, he's considered one of the better point guards in the league and I can see a team like Memphis, which is (when healthy, ie: not like last year) an upper-tier team without a legit superstar, wanting to keep stability at that position.
